How to Return an Item

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours. Print it out or show it on your mobile device at the shipping location.

Pack Your Item

Place the item in its original packaging (if available) or any suitable box. Make sure all tags are still attached and the item is in original condition.

Step 4

Ship It Back

Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location. Keep the tracking number for your records!

Step 5

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and check your return, we'll process your refund within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued.
