- Clearance or Final Sale Items - Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
- Gift Cards - Gift cards and e-gift cards are non-returnable
- Worn or Washed Items - Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items Without Tags - Products with removed or damaged original tags
- Undergarments and Swimwear - For hygiene reasons (unless defective or unopened in original packaging)
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll replace it or provide a full refund, no questions asked!
